Jean Muir Student Village: Where do I pick up my post?
If you're on our Scottish Borders campus and have some treats being delivered to halls. Take a look at where and when you can collect post and parcels...
You can find your mailbox either in the Gateway Building Reception or on the ground floor of the Pavilion Buildings. If you are allocated a room in one of the Pavilion Buildings, you will be issued a key to your mail-box along with your room key.
Parcel collection times are Monday - Friday 9am- 9:30 am 2pm – 2:30 pm only
If it's out-of-hours, you can collect your mail but only if there is a member of staff from the Accommodation team available.
If you are not able to collect your parcel during these times, we recommend utilising the click and collect service offered by most courier services. The nearest click and collect point is Tweed Road Shop (5 minutes walk from Jean Muir).
Please note, there are no Saturday deliveries, there is nobody on-site to sign for courier deliveries on weekends or out of hours!
