Semester 1 Wellbeing Activities

University can be tough at times so it's important to always look after your own wellbeing.

To give you a hand, the Student Wellbeing Services have organised a mix of events and activities to give you a chance to take a break from your studies and focus on your wellbeing.

Please note that in light of COVID-19, the majority of the activities during semester 1 will be held online. All sessions will require registration, and this can be done via the website:
