It’s less than 2 weeks until we welcome new and returning students back to our Scottish-based campuses from all over the world! 🎉 To ensure the safety of each student, Heriot-Watt University is working closely with the Scottish Government, Edinburgh Airport and a number of international services and governments to help you get to and from all our campuses safely, wherever you are in the world.

Top tips on travelling by:
✈️ 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗲: Our partnership with Edinburgh Airport and their #LetsFlySafe Campaign will ensure the safety of students travelling to Edinburgh. For more information, visit https://www.edinburghairport.com/prepare/flysafe
🚌 𝗕𝘂𝘀: Buses to our Edinburgh campus continue to run regularly, dropping you direct from the city to reception in 20 minutes. Don’t forget to wear a mask!
🚲 𝗕𝗶𝗸𝗲: We are a cycling friendly campus and have Bike Bothy to rent bikes, as well as bike shelters to look after your bicycle and networks to cycle from the city centre without using the main road.
✔️ 𝗢𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿: All transportation in Edinburgh, including Trains, Taxis and trams have increased their services in line with travel safety guidelines in place.
