We know university life can be stressful, especially during these unprecedented times. That's why it's SO important to take some time out now and again to focus on your own physical and mental wellbeing.
Whether you're looking to meet other students or want to learn new techniques for dealing with stress or anxiety, the Wellbeing team offer a wide range of activities and workshops.
Due to the current circumstances many of the activities will be held online for the foreseeable future an will therefore require registration 24 hours before the session is due to start (for activities held on a Monday, registration closes on the Friday before the session.)
