Need help and support or someone to talk to?

That's where the Advice Hub can help! We aim to provide a range of support, guidance, activities and advice to help students to be their best and get the most from their university experience.

If you're struggling to achieve your goals, or are facing particular difficulties which are affecting your wellbeing, mood or behaviour then please check out our online services or come and talk to us. 

Where you can find us...

On the Riccarton campus, we are based in the Hugh Nisbet building, between the Student Shop and the cash machine. Make an appointment between 10am and 12pm or just pop into one of the drop-in sessions that are held between 12.30pm and 4pm. 

On the Scottish Borders campus, we are based on the first floor of the High Mill Building, between 9.30 am and 4.30pm, Tuesday to Thursday and 9.30am to 12.30pm on Friday.
